Set timeout of help desk?

Hello,

Is it possible to set the timeout of the software?

Sometimes we write long replies and forget to submit right away, by the time we submit, it has timeout.

I hope we can extend length of timeout.

Session timeouts are not set in HESK, but in PHP (server) configuration.

However, if you have "Autologin" feature enabled and your login details remembered, HESK should try to login automatically and submit the message.
