Ticket creator view his/her tickets

If a ticket's category is changed and the creator does not have that category permission, he/she can no longer see that ticket anywhere even he/she is the creator. (Am I correct on this?)

I am trying to modify the code to show all the allowed category AND all the tickets he/she created. Any tips on this?
