When I go to inc/mail/hesk_pop3.php, the email in my support mailbox is being fetched.
I know that since I set it to delete when downloaded.
After that I don't see any ticket being created.
Also, no errors in the logs.
Please advise

If you turn on "Debug mode" in your HESK settings (admin panel > Settings > Help Desk > Features) then manually run POP3 fetching script, do you get any error messages?
Also, when testing, make sure you send unique emails because HESK will detect (and ignore) duplicates.
