Already customize sending emails to clients and familiar with the short codes. The only problem is that if the helpdesk upload a file, then the client don't see a copy of the file uploaded or a download link to the file when receiving the email notification. (only once they click on the link to look at the ticket online).

Is there any short code or way to add sending emails with the last attachments (from the helpdesk) or a download link to the sending email.

NOTE: We include the response message from the helpdesk with the %%MESSAGE%% already. Just missing the attachment on the email.

This has been coded for HESK 2.5, you should expect beta version to be available here on the forum by the end of May.
