unable to login to admin from samsung mini galaxy phone

I have been using HESK for a number of years and have recently tried accessing it from my Samsung mini galaxy mobile smart phone.

I have not been able to log in from the phone. When clicking the login button, nothing happens, there is no error message if logins were incorrect. I have played around with the browser settings and clearing the cache, the store logins, any stored data. I have tried everything and can't get it to log in. I don't use the save password or username function either.

The browser is Google android.

The login form is a simple HTML POST form and I don't see a reason why it wouldn't work. In fact, works fine from my Android phone.
