I have modified your script. I removed the reciprocal function. For me, I want to collect as many links as possible. Doesn't matter whether the other party willing to promote my site or not. I also did another modifications, which are adding Google Advert and Links.php I added the name of the person who add the link.

Sure that is ok to do, you may modify the script as much as you like as long the PHPJunkyard powered by statement remains. It's also ok to add your own powered by statement next or below the PHPJunkyard one. YOu already did that and it is ok.
