Viewing existing posts by user

Hello,

Is there an addon or functionality built in to view existing posts by user already? Kind of similar to how phpbb does it with view my posts, ordered by the most recent posts.

Since HESK doesn't have registered usernames for customers, to view list of tickets you need to:

1. as an admin use the "Find a ticket" form to find related tickets

2. as a customer use the "Forgot tracking ID" function on the ticket.php page to email you outstanding tickets, for example see bottom of

Thanks for the quick reply. I actually am asking about viewing existing replies by admins -- sometimes I want to go back and see what I wrote in a ticket a few replies back.

Is that possible?

Oh, sorry and no, I'm afraid that is not something HESK currently supports directly.

You will need to list your tickets and ready through them. For example on the main admin page under "Show tickets" select all ticket statuses,click "More options" and select "tickets assigned to me" then order them by last modified.
