Moving My Message Board To A Different Server?

I am moving my website to a different server and wish to take my message board with me.

How difficult would this be to do? I don't want to lose the posts.

Not difficult, instead of uploading original mboard files just move all the files from your current server to the new one. Don't forget to set the correct CHMOD settings.
