When responding to a ticket, set the default action for inserting a Canned Response to "Add to bottom" (non-destructive) instead of "Replace message".
Why? "Replace message" is destructive and many times I start to compose a detailed response and then want to add a canned response. I select my canned response and, poof!, all of my typing is gone!
Note to users: the current default can be modified in admin/admin_ticket.php -- move
