Superb program!

Does the program have the ability to change the order of Knowledgebase CATEGORIES (just like one can do with the Articles)? I would like to specify the sequence in which categories are displayed and I don't see such a feature.

Apparently, the order of categories CAN be controlled but only by directly modifying the database, not via the admin control panel.

In the hesk database, select the table hesk_kb_categories and edit the field cat_order.

Correct, in 2.4.x you will need to modify database to achieve this.

I will add an easier way in future versions.
