Is the helpdesk not sending emails every time. In other words, because we are using this as email only for the customer, then when our techs reply, even if they reply two or three times bfore the customer replies, I need each email to send out.

can you advise where to alter the code so it sends every time?

HESK does send out email *every* time tech replies. If all emails are not arriving then there are email delivery problems (perhaps blocked by SPAM filters?).
