What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: Assign, Auto-Assign

I'm not shure how I have to configure "auto-assign" to meet my requirements. I have 3 categories. The category1 should be auto-assigned to user1, category2 should be auto-assigned to user2, category3 should be auto-assigned to user1 and user2. Both users should have access to all categories and have the possibility to re-assign tickets to each other.
Can someone help me with this configuration?

I'm afraid at the moment Hesk will assign tickets randomly. In your case it may be better to turn auto-assign off and let users assign tickets to themselves when they see them.

Or you will need to get help from a PHP coder to modify the code for you to process assignments per category until Hesk officially supports such a feature.
