$hesklang['enter_message']='Please enter your message';
$hesklang['open']='Open'; // Open ticket STATUS
$hesklang['open']='New';
$hesklang['closed']='closed'; // The ticket has been CLOSED
$hesklang['closed']='Resolved';
$hesklang['reply_submitted']='Your reply was submitted';
$hesklang['reply_submitted']='Reply submitted';
$hesklang['profile_updated']='Profile updated';
$hesklang['profile_updated']='Profile updated';
$hesklang['profile_updated_success']='User profile has been successfully updated';
$hesklang['profile_updated_success']='Your profile has been successfully updated';
$hesklang['view_your_ticket']='View your ticket';
$hesklang['view_your_ticket']='View your ticket';
$hesklang['saved_title']='Canned response title';
$hesklang['saved_title']='Title';
