Using the latest version and have a quick question..
Can two submission forms be used to submit tickets :
1) Used fo a 'specific' use?
2) For 'general' use?

Unless you can use categories for this you will probably need two copies installed.

Do you mean, if I want to use two different forms, i have to install GBook twice,
and for example in the header make a link to the second version? What I want is a form for 'normal' guest book use, let anyone comment on anything, and another one to apply for membership (the site to which GBook will be linked is the 'internet presence' of an organisation people can become member of)

Is this about Gbook or about Hesk? If it is about Gbook, you posted in the wrong forum.
I do not monitor the Gbook forums regularly anymore since I do not use the Gbook script myself anymore for a long time. But it helped me a lot in learning to understand php.
