Hi,
the ITALIAN translation cause a problem in the Ticket System.
The 1° problem is:
In the english version when a ticket is submitted the client receved an email with the ID of ticket in the subject (Ticket Receved)
If the user reply to this email the reply is added to the ticket.
In the italian translation there is not the ticket ID in the subject so only Ticket receved (Ticket Ricevuto) if the user reply to the email ticket is not added.
Can you fix this, please?
2° Fix suggested.
The sentence "We reply to all tickets as soon as possible, within 24 to 48 hours. If we expect your ticket will take additional time, we will update you by sending you an email."
should be traduced with
"Cerchiamo di rispondere a tutte le richieste che riceviamo il prima possibile, solitamente in 24/48 ore."

Thanks for reporting. Translations are submitted by Hesk users and I can't check them because I don't speak all the languages
