I'm currently using Hesk 2.4.1 and PHP 5.2.6 on our in-house installation of Hesk.
Today, I turned on POP3 fetching and it seems to be sending/receiving emails and creating tickets appropriately. However, when I am logged in to the system and respond to a help request instead of listing the date and my name in the reply I'm seeing the date and "Your Name" in the header of my reply when the ticket is viewed on the internal Hesk site.
Any idea why this was changed after POP3 fetching was turned on?

This could be a session issue. Can you try closing all browser windows then trying again - does it help?
