I import ticket from xls to database monthly, I found after I import the type of dt filed in hesk_tickets changed from timestamp to datetime, it look fine the older tickets diskplay fine in the hesk and new ticket created with current date and time.

should I chang it back to timestamp or just keep it datetime type?

"dt" field should be datetime whereas "lastchanged" should be a timestamp.
