Hi, I just switched hosting companies for 'zipease.com' and since, the guestbook doesn't show. Instead I get the script. I'm hoping this is an easy fix. My knowledge of php is limited and I appreciate any help you can provide.
Could it be the file permissions on the guestbook folder? could a file be missing from the transfer?
Thanks a ton!

If the code is displayed instead of being processed, it may be possible that your hosting company does not support php. Or maybe it is not activated for your account. Please verify with your hosting company.

I do not monitor the Gbook forums regularly anymore since I do not use the Gbook script myself anymore for a long time. But it helped me a lot in learning to understand php.

Thanks Henrie,
From a Google search, it seems that GoDaddy does support php, even on their free hosting account.
Do you know what could cause me to see this page?
http://zipease.com/guestbook/gbook.php
Am I missing something? File permissions? A file?
Thank you again,
Mike

Hello Mike,
Please upload the content of the following zipfile to your server and post a link to it here
http://www.phpjunkyard.com/extras/phpinfo.zip
This should show info about the php installation on your server.
it is also possible rhat the server is configured that php files can only be placed onside a specific folder, for example the 'bin' folder.
Or maybe it is supported by Godaddy but not enabled by default.
Greetings,
Henrie

Yes.
It tells me that php is not working. Please contact your hosting provider and tell them php is not working for you.
