Hesk internal mail : %%MESSAGE%% instead of body content

Hi,
In Hesk 2.4.1 when I use the internal messaging, I get a copy of the reply sent to my external email with no body content. Instead of I get a variable %%MESSAGE%%.

How do you fix it ?

%%MESSAGE%% is currently not supported in new_pm.txt template, see:

I will add it to the next version though.
