Canned Responses Stopped Working

The Canned scripts stopped working. The topics are still listed, but choosing from the drop down menu does not populate the Message box. I've tried several different browsers and computers. No changes we made to the server that I am aware of. Anyone else experienced this issue or know a troubleshoot solution?

You have a lot of custom Javascript in the header and that Javascript has some errors inside. The errors prevent any other Javascript code from executing properly hence Canned responses don't work.

They should start working again if you remove or fix your custom code.
