No.
4.0.3 is a very old version (from 11 October 2000!) with many bugs. Contact your host and requre them to upgrade to the latest version which is more secure and has more functions.
If they don't do it I recommend you start looking for a new company. Having software so old and not upgrading it is not safe at all.
