How to disable staff account

some support staffs transfer to other department so I'd like to disable the account otherwise they can change the ticket status or assign to others by login admin panel, even they only have view function( at least one required by system).

If I delete the account it truely remove from database, then all ticket which owner is belong to this account will be empty, and also last replier change to "staff" (normall it should be the name of staff).

There is no way to disable a user account in HESK, so you would have to do one of the following:
- change their password (to prevent login)
- or remove permissions to edit/assign tickets
- or remove permissions to access categories in your department
