Hello,

Sometimes i get this message "<h2>Error: Password error: Login failed.</h2>" per email, but the credentials for the POP 3 is correct. When I login in the Helpdesk and check the connection I get an successfully.

What can it be?

Not sure, perhaps your host is limiting the number of times you can login to the POP3 server per hour/day?

I wouldn't recommend setting the Cron job to run more often than once every 5 or 10 minutes.
