Include message into automated Email

Include message into automated Email

Is there anyway to include the Ticket Message Information in the Automated Email that is sent out when a new ticket is created? so i dont have to login to hesk or search thru the tickets to see what the customer submitted?

You need to include %%MESSAGE%% in the email template.
