I would love the see the options to change the categories for a ticket, as you can change the priority.
That would solve my problem with assigning Agents to a Tickets also. I have created a categories for each Agent called: Question to [Agent Name].
If it was possible to change the Ticket Categories, I could use that to assign an Agent.
Only downloaded your script a few hours ago, and already loving it. This we can use!

Reassigning categories (along with some other useful changes) will be available in one of the next releases. Those who are reading this forum know that it can take quite some time for the next version to come out as I have lots of other things to do first...
