i was looking to change the tracking id format and evn been thorough you old post, how ever was not able to figure out how to do that.
i dont mind if the tracking id is generated randomly. but i need in our format.

Could you please help me how to do change the Tracking ID Format.

The function that handles creation of tracking IDs is function hesk_createID() inside "inc/common.inc.php".
