I'm currently evaluating Hesk and I'm extremely impressed. I did come across one small issue, though.
The maximum upload size for my server is 100M as indicated by the upload_max_filesize value. However, my shared server reports it as 100m - note the lower case 'm'. This causes the switch statement in admin_settings.php to skip over the multiplier and Hesk ends up thinking my maximum size is 1M.
I solved the problem locally by adding a case 'm' to the switch, but it might be worth including that in the released version.
