hesk installation on wamp server

i have download hesk 2.4 from their website free version............then i have download wampserver for running hesk on localhost(because i want to test and train my friends)............everything id working perfect
.when i try to launch its goes perfect....but i have problem of database connection because i dont have required information of DATABSE USER(login) and PASSWORD...............

i need this information for connecting database and running hesk on wampserver as localhost......

i have hope that i will get my problem solution here

did you mean launch? not lunch? are you talking about the /install portion launches perfect?? You need to click the green WAMP icon in the bottom right and click phpmyadmin while on the server. also, if you want to access it externally you need to hit "put online" in that menu from the tray icon..

once you launch phpmyadmin you can create a database and a user and password with full permissions to that database, use localhost as the server and input the database name and credentials and it should go well provided that you your WAMP is working correctly.

also if you end up using this WAMP server as production I have a batch script that will backup your database and what not.

yes its launch.........sorry for mistake..........

but my question is that when i goes in loclahost and call hesk with following command.........

localhost/hesk/index.php

then its says............

Error
cant connect to database
please notify webmaster at support@domain.com

You need to setup database first - open file "readme.html" in browser (http://localhost/hesk/readme.html) and follow instructions under "Install HESK"

here is instructions which is use able if you are going to host hesk on any domain..............

i want to run hesk on my computer on wamp server....for this i am facing a problem that when i put hesk in www folder and run............in local host with following command

localhost/hesk/index.php......a error comes which says ...................

cannot connect with database.....
