Hello,
Where can I find details instructions about how to install the new HESK 2.4 upgrade.
I want to install it correctly so that I don't lose any current data or information

Hello Glen,
Download new version, extract files to your hard disk, open file "Readme.html", select "Step-by-step guide" and scroll down to "Upgrading from old versions".

I have downloaded an extracted all the HESK 2.4 files, but that readme.html file is corrupted and will not open in a browser.
This the content of that readme file

How do you get the browser work. It doesn`t open on my side either.

Make sure you extract all HESK files into a folder, then open "readme.html".
Alternatively, you can open this file in browser to go to instructions directly:
docs/step-by-step-guide.html
