Hi guys

Tried to upgrade to version 2.4 but ISP dont have php 5 only 4.9.9 so failed install. Had to revert back to old backup as I forgot to back before install

I have most things working with the old backup tho apart from 2 things

I can't log into the Admin Page, It does take a username and password but doesn't actually load anything, just a white page hesk/admin/index.php

and if I post a new thread, I'm not seeing the image for the antispam picture. I assume this is simply an Image link missing,

Sorry to hear that, but this is exactly why upgrade instructions start with
BACKUP YOUR EXISTING HESK DATABASE AND FILES

Anyway, try this:
1. download your hesk_settings.inc.php file
2. open it in Notepad
3. change $hesk_settings['debug_mode']=0; to $hesk_settings['debug_mode']=1;
4 save and upload then try to login - do you get any error messages?
