First, thanks for Hesk, it seems very easy to use, very professionnal for a free software!
Then, i have questions. I'm looking for a Helpdesk for my (small) company and Hesk is very interesting for me. But on the demonstration, anyone can post a ticket just by giving an address. Is it possible to create customers account and allow only registred users to submit a new ticket?
I'm not english but I hope my messagee still understandable!
