2.4 timer

What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: 2.4 time worked

Was looking for some info how the timer works in 2.4. I notice the timer goes back to 0 whenever the page is left and returned. I assume it is just for reference and is not linked to the "time worked" section up top?

Wonderful product.!!!

It's quite simple actually:

- when you load the ticket page, the timer starts.
- when you submit a reply to the ticket, the timer time is added to the total "time worked" time of the ticket
- you can manually modify the total "time worked" in the ticket head (top section)

If you don't want the timer to start automatically, you can change that on the "Profile" page.
