A "What You See is What You Get" (WYSIWYG) editor for tickets would be nice, there is already one in the knowledgebase. There are times when it would be nice to use graphical highlighting to point out certain things in the ticket status.

This won't be included in 2.4 yet (as it's too far in the development), but it is on my to do list for future updates.
