SEC image not showing

I have an odd issue. When you go to add a new post, the SEC image is not dispalyed until you re-fresh the browser. This is the same for IE9, FF, Chrome. Once the browser has been refreshed it will work everytime, until you start a new session. I have tried this on different machines, so I know its not just one.

All used to work fine, the issue has just started to happen over the last 4 weeks?

Sessions test works fine. Any ideas?

It's likely the problem is with your modified file - does the original gbook.php work fine?
