Any update as to when version 2.4 will be released?

I too am also eagerly awaiting this release. As are many others I am sure.

I expect beta to be out in June - but I don't want to get your hopes up as I am not sure when exactly I will have the time to finish beta version.

This is my own personal opinion from having developed six of my own 'paid' for software products in last 7 years

With HESK there certainly seems to be a strong ongoing demand for updates and new functions, and that's because it's an exceptional product.

But the issue I see is that when you make an application that is basically ' free' to the majority of people, it gets harder and harder to get the incentive to keep updating it, because updating it develops into what is really an unpaid chore, with basically no return ( or very little return) particularly when you can be off concentrating on more productive things that do earn you an ongoing income.

As I said, just my opinion
