Hi

I have create a user "John Doe", he can create ticket for other users, but I want he can create ticket only for "James Smith" and can't see other user in list...

The must should when "John Doe" create a ticket, this ticket is automaticaly assign to "James smith", because this user create always ticket for "James smith"...

Anyone test this posibility?

This is not supported by HESK.

However, if you select "Can assign tickets to others" feature for "John Doe" he should be able to assign tickets to "James" manually when creating a ticket from within the admin panel.
