Change category name (html portion)

I've create a list of category associated with different department

in the hesk request pannel the option is written "Category" I would like to change the name to something like "Department" (just the html portion)

I think i've found it

in text.php line 102 $hesklang['category']='Department';

is this ok?

Also is i wanna change the option so user must select a "Department" so instead of a list

Department 1
Department 2
etc...

in the drop menu the first item is "choose a Department" so user must select one....
