Purchased LinkMan and can't check links

I downloaded and installed linkman, manually added some links from admin, after adding links I click the check links and got: -> Opening and reading reciprocal URL
LINK NOT FOUND!
I know the link is there because I checked the reciprocal URL before adding the link.

I submitted a test link and it was successfully submitted for approval, so the problem is somewhere else.

Could you let me know exact details of the website you are having problems with? I mean exact website URL and URL where the reciprocal link is.

You mistaken what I am saying, I didn't say anything about being submit for approval. I said I cannot check links, when I click check links I get: -> Opening and reading reciprocal URL
LINK NOT FOUND! and I know the link is there because I check before I manually added the website.
My website is http://www.weezeesgifts.com link page, http://www.weezeesgifts.com/links/links.php
all the links on the links page reciprocal URL Link Not Found. I manually checked and it there.

When links are submitted for approval the code to check reciprocal link is exactly the same as when you check links in the admin panel, that's why I tested it like that.

Again, let me know exact details of the website you are having problems with - website URL and URL where the reciprocal link is so I can check for problems.

I am getting sick of this runaround, I thought you could at least get support for something you pay your money for, at least I never had any problem before now.

I stated all the links on the links page, period, I cannot check the links. when I click check links I get: -> Opening and reading reciprocal URL

First of all, LinkMan is a completely free script that I develop and support in my free time, so please be patient while I work with you through the problem. In fact, I doubt many four digit $$$ software companies provide such support over weekends, let alone for a free script.

Yes, an optional $19.95 license can be purchased to remove powered by links and I appreciate you purchasing it, but I can't figure out what the problem is without having more information about the problem.

Now, I asked twice already if you could provide a sample link having problems.

For example I see you have a link to http://www.all-homedecor.com/
Where exactly is the reciprocal link to your website located at http://www.all-homedecor.com/ ?

I need this information to check for any coding problems on the website.


Another possible problem would be "www." issue:
- check in your LinkMan settings if your Website URL is set to http://weezeesgifts.com
- if it is try setting it to http://www.weezeesgifts.com instead and see if that helps

I am very sorry, I upgraded my site, and the links manager stop working, the programer died, last year, there was no one to get support to help fix the problem. I had to find a new links manager, I went with LinkMan - link manager. I have over 400 links to add manually from a backup of my site. I don't want to lose my link partners, I hope you understand why I was upset. Thanks, that was the problem the www. was missing from the website settings in Admin.
