License invalid using a second url

Currently I'm accessing hesk using http://www.ulr.com/hesk, it works fine. I would like to also use support.url.com, but I get the license invalid message.
Can i buy another license for support.url.com, or is it one or the other. Want to be able to access Hesk both ways, if i can.
