Hi,

Is it possible to code into HESK a way of defining your own tracking ID instead of one been automatically generated?

Just for our RMA's we have already RMA numbers printed onto paper and we need to use these in the ticket system.

You would have to change the behavior of hesk_createID() function inside "inc/common.inc.php".

Unless you are familiar with PHP you will probably need to hire someone to modify the function to fit your needs as such customizations are out of the scope of my support here.
