Works perfectly on one site; email not sent on another!

I installed it one of my client sites, and it works like a dream.
When a ticket is submitted, both parties (submitter and admin) receive emails. Excellent!

But when I installed the tool on another client's website,
all features worked perfectly except for the following minor glitch.

When a ticket is submitted, the submitter receives the email, but the admin does not. I have thoroughly checked the settings of the hesk_settings.inc of the new site and they are correctly configured for the new website.

I wonder what the problem is.
1. Could it be that one download of Hesk can be used for one site only?
2. What about IP address issues...can two websites residing on the same server (sharing an IP address) use the same downloaded files of Hesk?
3. Is it that each IP address can use only one free version and anything additional would need to be purchased for error-free performance?
4. Or...have I missed some setting in my hesk_settings.inc ?

Any leads, anybody? Would much appreciate it.

In my previous posting, I missed filling out the questions asked.
So here is the information.

Also, may I add that in the first client's website it works perfectly,
with mails sent to BOTH the ticket-submitter and to the admin.

In the second client's website, it sends mail ONLY to the ticket-submitter.

Both clients have the exact same hosting configuration.

I am a hosting Reseller and I know that both clients have the exact same
hosting configuration (I set it up myself).

So I wonder why Hesk works perfectly in one domain and has this minor glitch in another.

Just for the record : My issue has resolved...my emails are working perfectly now (on all domains). I still don't know the reason for the glitch. But all's well that ends well.
