Creating dependencies between tasks/tickets.

Version of script: 2.3

We are looking for a helpdesk solution and HESK is sitting at the top of the list. It provides a simple, attractive and practical solution to our problem. There is one feature that is missing which would make it perfect for us and that is the ability to make a task/ticket dependent on the completion of another (ie link tasks). Is there anything in the development plan to include this kind of functionality?

I'm afraid no such features are on the horizon. Your best bet would be to use a system that already has this incorporated or hire a programmer to modify the code to fit your needs.
