After you select "Make this my default view" do you click the "Show tickets" button to save default settings?

Yes. It goes back to the original view when click page 2 of the tickets. Is this something I can fix with a line of code?

Are you sure you're using the final HESK 2.3 files and not some beta version files as it seems to work just fine in my test setup.

Does just the form details hide on 2nd page or is the display reset (not matching your choices anymore)?

Could you by any chance give me access to your help desk so I can test this?

Hello,

I have the same problem. Everytime I change the to the site 2 or something else and go back to the first page all settings are lost and the default view is active.

Is there a solution available?

If you need a ftp access or something else please let know me. I will give you all resources you need ;-)

Many thanks

Could you let me know what browser are you using?

You get no error messages?

I can't give you access to the our server because we are a government facility. I know how to code a little bit. Can you tell me where I can fix this in the code or DB?

I'm afraid I don't know what's wrong so I can't say how to fix it. Must be a server-side setting preventing settings being saved as it works fine for thousands of other servers.
