After submitting a ticket I got the following line at the top of the page(submit_ticket.php)

custom1custom2custom3custom4custom5custom6custom7custom8custom9custom10custom11custom12custom13custom14custom15custom16custom17custom18custom19custom20

and after that text I get the following:

Success: Ticket submitted
Your ticket has been successfully submitted! Ticket ID: 21GVZ46SBX
View your ticket
******************************************

All data is saved in the database correctly, but why does that text appear at the top?

Look inside your HESK email templates (language/en/emails), because these are not original email templates from HESK, but modified ones.

Thanks Klemen for your reply. The emails and their contents are OK. That text appears on the web page after submitting the ticket.

Have you tried using original HESK files? Try re-uploading all HESK files, except hesk_settings.inc.php
