Login before submitting a ticket

I found some old posts that dates back to 2006 about implementing a login system but couldn't find in the recent past.

I did came across dvdangelo's post but he's not updated/post any add-on although it seems to be working on his website.

Is there anyone with any latest info on this? What i need is:
1. the admin create users with their info and password and give them. (auto mail them once created?)
2. users login and create tickets. the user profiles (backend as well) have all the links to the tickets created by them.

Hesk was designed specifically for the purpose NOT to require customer usernames and passwords. From my experience customers are fed up and tired of having to use a username/password combination for every website/service, hence Hesk was designed to be as user friendly as possible and not require any login by the customer.

Adding such a feature would require a lot customization of the script and I don't support any custom modifications done by users in the past. If you indeed want such a feature you would be better off switching to a system that comes with this functionality included.

well, do you know any which does the work then?

i've look almost everywhere but just can't find a product for free! Most of the projects have been abandoned.
