I'm just curious if the Hesk platform is still being actively developed. The UserVoice site has a lot of features and votes logged, but no real indication that anything's being done with them, and these forums seem a bit quiet.

Yes, it is being developed and supported, just not as much as I (and probably most users) would like

Version 2.3 was released in September 2011, you can expect a new version in first half of 2012. I only develop it in free time (non-professionally) so the development cycle is long.

As for the features request forum - I do read all suggestions and comments there, I just don't have the time to provide much feedback there and don't really change statuses very often. However, each new version of HESK contains a lot of features or changes suggested by users.
