Can HESK track multiple logins for different installations? Let me know if this is possible.

Nope, this is not available in HESK.

I have tried multiple ways to try and get this to work. So far I have tried creating a second HESK installation to see if that worked and it didn't. When I tried logging in, I checked the profile in the first installation and it had my login settings. When I tried logging into the second HESK installation, my profile information was also mine. It wasn't different. I also tried changing the id number in the id field in the database and that didn't seem to do anything either.
I am surprised that it didn't work. I thought that by changing the number in the id field in the database, I would be able to correct the problem.
