Show Assigned to on Home listing

What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: list assigned to

I would like to have the home screen show who the owner of the ticket is.

It shows who the cusomter is, last responder, ect... but not who actually owns the ticket.

Is there a way to do this, and also can this be added to a future release?

A future version will probably allow admin to chose which fields to display.

For now you can use this: in the "Show tickets" form click "more options" and select "Group by: Owner".

This will group tickets by owners.
