Is it possible to configure hesk to send the ticket reply by email to the user? Instead of only sending the notice of a new message?

I concur, this is a must have feature, save bandwidth too

I agree we need to be able to hit reply in the message that HESK sends and the message is added to heck and then sent to the user

It's indeed supported, just edit email templates:
