Email Piping using smtp

I'm using Hesk 2.3

I'd love to set up email piping for my help desk but I do not host my mail server. It is hosted elsewhere and they won't pipe my email to a program.

Wondering if anyone out there has any suggestions for me. I thought I could set up fetchmail to do it but my tests have failed.

With 2.3 you need control of the mail server to pipe emails. I will add pop/smtp piping to a future release, but for 2.3 it's the only way.
